I would be grateful for the most recent details on the top-25 claimant law firms undertaking claims for clinical negligence against NHSR, and the numbers involved.
Previous information provided has included the number of claims, damages paid, claimant firm costs, as well as the share of volume represented, share of damages and share of costs. For example, in 2019/20, Irwin Mitchell made 699 claims, £190,214,529 in damages were paid and the firm’s costs were £45,766,241. These numbers represented 9.3%, 11.3% and 9.2% shares.
