Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request the following information relating to systems used by your organisation:
- The name of all document management systems (not patient records) currently in use by your trust.

The following information was requested:
I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information about NHS
Litigation Authority’s current and future plans for IT service delivery models. I believe this
request is in the public interest as it promotes transparency in how public sector bodies manage and procure IT services, ensuring accountability and value for taxpayers.
Specifically, I am seeking information that would help me understand the strategic direction and considerations regarding outsourcing, in-sourcing, multi-sourcing, or optimising existing
contracts.
Please provide the following information where available:
- Current IT Service Model – Is your IT delivery primarily in-house, outsourced, or a hybrid
approach, and if not delivered in-house, who provides this service? - Major IT Contracts – Key details of significant IT service contracts (including scope,

Development triangles (FOI_6987)
The following information was requested:
Development triangles
I would like to request the following data items and I am happy to provide more context if needed regarding the information request via email.
In a development triangle format, for claims from the CNST, ExRHA, ELS and DH Clinical schemes combined:
• Incurred (split by damages, claimant legal costs and NHSR legal costs)
• Paid (split by damages, claimant legal costs and NHSR legal costs); and
• Numbers of reported claims
If possible, please provide the triangles on a quarterly development basis, otherwise annual development will suffice. We would like to have triangles by the following claims cohorts:
• Financial year of notification; and
• Financial year of incident.
The above combinations should create 14 claims triangles.
In addition, can you provide the above triangles for:
• Obstetrics CP/BD specialty lump sum claims only. This should create 14 triangles.
• Obstetrics CP/BD specialty PPO claims only. This should create 14 triangles.
• Claims which have settled for costs only, ie the damage part is nil. This should create 10 triangles.
• Claims which have settled for more than £1m or have a current incurred value of more than £1m. This should create 14 triangles.
Overall, this should create 66 triangles.

The following information was requested:
COVID-19 Claims on a settlement year basis
Could you provide, on a settlement year basis, the average claim size and number of claims which have arisen that specifically relate to COVID-19. Please can you provide these by damage size bands and specialties if possible, similar to the breakdown you provide in the published Supplementary Annual Statistics workbook (Annual statistics – NHS Resolution).

Call-off contracts (FOI_6967)
The following information was requested:
I am doing a research project investigating call-off contracts in the public sector. I have identified two potential call-off contracts awarded by NHS Resolution, but I can’t find details of the framework agreements they were awarded from.
I have attached an Excel file that contains the information I am looking at. The last two columns
(“Title of framework used” and “Further framework info”) is where I am missing information.
Please could you provide the name of the specific framework agreements or DPS agreements used here. If there is any further info which you think would help me locate the framework agreements (e.g., a link to the framework’s Contract Finder or FTS listing, the framework provider, or a widely-used reference number such as CCS’s RM codes), please use the final column for this.
Please note that I have identified these contracts as possible call-off contracts, so some of them might not be. Some could be, for instance, procured directly (without being called off from a framework agreement), or could be themselves notices of the establishment of a framework agreement. Therefore I would kindly ask you to specify in these incidences what kind of procurement was used in the “Title of framework used” column.
