Paul Smith has been appointed as a non-executive director of NHS Resolution (NHSR) and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for 3 years from 23 March 2026.
In addition, Anu Ralhan has been re-appointed as a non-executive director of NHSR for 3 years from 1 March 2027.
The announcement was made today by the Department of Health and Social Care.
