NHS Resolution has provided a written response to the Health and Social Care Select Committee’s Consultation on Workforce: recruitment, training and retention in health and social care.
The Consultation considers workforce recruitment, training and the reasons staff leave the health and social care sectors. The Committee will be examining how to tackle these issues.
