Following an assessment by Investors in People, we are pleased to announce that we have achieved ‘We invest in people’ gold accreditation.
Investors in People is an independent look at the way an organisation leads, manages and develops its people, using a framework made up of nine dimensions when assessing organisations.
The framework supports our priority four ‘Invest in our people and systems to transform our business’ in Advise, resolve and learn Our strategy to 2025. The framework assists us in monitoring our performance in ensuring we have an engaged, developed and representative workforce at all levels of our organisation, capable of embracing change and supported by an effective talent management and succession planning framework.
We will use the feedback and recommendations of the assessment to create an action plan so we can continue to improve and fulfil our strategic aims
