Ministers are seeking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director (NED) to the board of NHS Resolution, who will be responsible for chairing NHS Resolution’s Audit and Risk Committee (ARC).
The ARC Chair is remunerated at £13,137 per annum. NHS Resolution operates across the boundaries of the health and justice systems. It has many of the characteristics of a financial institution coupled with a strong focus on learning to improve patient care.
As a Non-Executive Director of NHS Resolution, you will be responsible for the good governance of the organisation, including the expenditure of considerable sums of public money. You will ensure that NHS Resolution promotes the values of the NHS and places a high priority upon helping the NHS improve the safety of patients.
