Following our communication sent to NHS Trusts in August, NHS Resolution has successfully transitioned to this improved distribution method for 2025. The 2025 Scorecards are now being distributed directly via secure email to Trust contacts, replacing our previous extranet-based system.
The New Process
As outlined in our August correspondence, the 2025 Scorecards are being sent directly to your Trust’s Head of Legal and Chief Medical Officer via secure email. This improved distribution method has been designed to make accessing and sharing your scorecard data much easier and more efficient across your Trust teams.

- Share important themes and trends more seamlessly within your Trust.
- Maintain the highest standards of data security through our secure email system.
- Benefit from further engagement opportunities with our Safety and Learning team to help with analysis or learning events for staff if required.

We contacted Trusts in August requesting updated contact details for key personnel. If your Trust has not yet provided current contact information for its Head of Legal and Chief Medical Officer, please send these details to our Safety and Learning team as soon as possible.
